▲Canton First Estate Community Master Open-Yoga Open Class
On the afternoon of November 26th, a relaxed yoga open class was held at Canton International House by Samadhi, a disciple of Indian yoga master B.K.S Iyengar. Through breathing and meditation, Samadhi helped learners be in harmony and relax physically and mentally.
On the afternoon of November 27th, Head Coach Deng Xin, National Badminton Player II, came to Canton International House to hold open badminton class again. In the first part of the class, Mr. Deng did training on serving and catching for starters. In the second part, he trained senior learners on drop shot, killing the ball and moving.
The Cello Rules, By The Wings of Music Charity Series (2) ended with happiness at Canton International House on October 29th 2022. The concert not only allowed us to face the repertoire of world-famous composers such as Bach, Beethoven and Haydn, but also premiered new ensembles by local composers around the world.
On the evening of September 30th 2022, the charity concert Dvorak’s Feast, By the Wings of Music Charity Series was successfully held in Canton International House. The charity concert was held by Canton First Estate, Xing Hai Conservatory of Music and IMG Artists to let more people know and understand real music art.
